This company is really exceptional. I called on a Thursday or Friday, and James arrived at 8 am Monday morning. We’d had a burst pipe and our basement ceiling caved in. By the end of the day, our basement looked good as new. He’s very professional and a good communicator. Drywall dust can be so incredibly messy, but James covered everything and cleaned-up thoroughly. I am thrilled with this service. Highly recommend!
We have been searching for drywall repair people for a few years and they are very hard to find. We finally found PatchMaster Serving Iredell County on a Google search, read their reviews, and contacted Rob for a quote. He then sent Chris, the drywall expert, to our home to assess our needs. Chris came to our home soon after our call and went through the extensive list of things to be done and also pointed out some small details that he thought could be beneficial. The work started shortly after and we are very pleased with the results. Chris was patient, skilled, and responsive to our questions. We had a large recurring crack that had been repaired multiple times unsuccessfully and Chris was able to identify and hopefully correct the problem! We would recommend Patchmasters!
